Our scanning facility is a limited access building located minutes away from the San Antonio Police Department Jones Maltsberger substation. Our facility has real-time 24/7 security monitoring and video camera surveillance inside and outside. Every employee is background and drug checked, receives annual HIPAA training and are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Our facility, business processes and IT infrastructure also undergoes an annual risk assessment performed by an industry-specific, third-party auditor. The assessment addresses the following areas: record center operations, record center administrative functions, I.T., vaulting, document destruction, scanning/imaging, transportation, vendor/subcontractor management, human resources, and facility.
